The various steps of the process are explained below:

 

Personal Profile

 

First, fill-out your personal details and your co-applicant's personal details (if any) that include date of birth, your length of past residency in UAE, your country of origin, and your contact information.

 

 

Financial Profile

 

 

After you have completed your personal profile, you will then be asked to tell us about your current financial status that will include your income source/s broken down into base salary, allowances and other income sources as well as your current liabilities. By completing your personal profile, financial profile, and your assets & liabilities you are now ready to start shopping for different financial products (Real Estate, Auto, Boat, Personal, and Credit Cards) by clicking on the respective icon that represents the financial product.

 

 

 

Real Estate Loans:

  • Select the developer of the property you are interested in purchasing.
  • Select the development form the list.
  • Tell us if you are buying the property directly from the developer or from the landlord (the secondary market).
  • Enter the value of the property.
  • Select the desired term and click search.

 

Search Results

 

 

After you submit your search request our system evaluates your current need and matches it with offers from our participating financial institutions depending on the financial institution credit guidelines and policies.

The offers displayed on the search results screen are real-time offers with up-to-date terms and rates that are hosted on our system that is updated regularly from the financial institutions that belong to the network.

 

 

Apply For Product

 

 

Now, after you have viewed all the products that you qualify for, you are ready to choose one of them; after choosing one offer; the system will prompt you to complete the online application and submit your application to be forwarded to the bank All the data you have entered into the site will be populated into the PDF application so that you do not have to rewrite your information in the application.

Then, the system will prompt you to print your application along with the cover page that include all the necessary documents required by the financial institution to process your loan request.
